How quickly will my Sebago order arrive?
All UK orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday, where the express delivery has been selected, are dispatched on the same day, but this can vary during our busiest periods and holidays, especially when we go into sale, bank holidays or when the off

Our full sale will run from Thursday 21st November to Thursday 1st December.
I purchased an item at full price which is now discounted in the Black Friday sale. Can I receive a refund for the difference?
We will not be issuing part refunds on sale items purchased before the Black Friday sale. If you are thinking about making a purchase, we recommend waiting until our sales listings are published to ensure you don’t miss out on any savings.
I’m purchasing an item as a Christmas gift. Can it be returned after Christmas if it isn’t the right item?
Yes – we are extending our 30-day return window for orders made before Christmas to January 18th 2023. Please make sure to check our returns policy for the full guidelines to ensure your return is processed correctly.
I have a discount code. Can I apply this to items in the Black Friday sale?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to our Black Friday sale items.
If you run out of stock, can I still order at the Black Friday price?
Due to high demand, the Black Friday sale prices will apply only to items that are in stock for the duration of the sale. Stock is secured only when payment is taken.
